Setup. Simply connect the
adapter cable into a working high-speed

your standard telephone cable into the
adapter. Upon completion of the

working high-speed Internet connection.

Video
Telephone Setup.
Simply connect the Video Telephone's
Internet cable directly into a working

connect the power cord to the video

ordered the broadband phone adapter with
the annual plan will not be charged any
disconnection fees if cancelling service
before fulfilling the one year service
commitment.

ordered the non-video VoIP phones will
be charged $99.00, while customers who
ordered the videophone will be charged
$199.00 in disconnection fees if
cancelling service prior to fulfilling
the one year service agreement.
**** There will be
additional monthly charges of $1.50 for
Regulatory Recovery Fee, $1.99 for E911
Service Fee as well as applicable taxes,
fees and toll charges for US Residents
for All Annual subscribers.
***** The Basic 500 minute plan one time
annual Fee Notes: The $199.00 annual
service fee for the Basic plan is
payment for twelve consecutive months of
service which commences on the
Activation Date. You will be responsible
for any additional charges (such charges
shall include activation fees, shipping
charges, disconnection fees, equipment
charges, toll charges, taxes and any
other applicable charges) for services
or usage not covered by the plan which
will be billed on a monthly basis. If
you cancel the service prior to the end
of the annual period, there is no
refund. At the conclusion of the annual
period, your service will automatically
renew and billed on a monthly basis at
the then-current renewal price for such
service, unless you choose to switch to
an alternate pricing plan or cancel
service prior to the anniversary of the
